I noticed the Taku Arms on the pic and typed into the browser only to find that it is closing down. It is the same over here in good old Blighty (Britain). I saw a news report that 46 pubs are closing every week across here.......though I wouldn't guess that any have items worth nicking. Anyway, the photo may well appear on google earth in a few weeks.
